Academics Rules

General Conduct Guidelines (Nursery to Class VIII)

At Danu Public School, we aim to create a safe, respectful, and disciplined environment that promotes learning and character development. All students are expected to follow the guidelines below:

1. Discipline and Behavior
• Students must be polite, respectful, and courteous to teachers, staff, and fellow students.
• Bullying, use of abusive language, or any form of misbehavior is strictly prohibited.
• Students should follow instructions given by teachers at all times.

2. Punctuality and Attendance
• Students must arrive at school on time and attend regularly.
• Late coming without valid reason is discouraged.
• Absence should be informed through a written application by parents/guardians.

3. Uniform and Personal Hygiene.
• Students must come to school in proper, clean, and complete uniform.
• Personal hygiene should be maintained at all times (clean nails, neat hair, etc.).

4. Classroom Conduct
· Students should maintain silence and attentiveness in the classroom.
· Homework and classwork must be completed regularly and on time.
· Students should raise their hand before speaking.

5. Respect for School Property
· School property must be handled with care.
· Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the student.

6. Safety Rules
· Running, pushing, or fighting in corridors or classrooms is not allowed.
· Students must follow safety instructions during school activities.

7. Use of Gadgets
· Mobile phones, smartwatches, or any electronic gadgets are not allowed unless permitted by the school.

8. Cleanliness
·Students should keep their classrooms and school premises clean.
· Littering is strictly prohibited.

9. Co-curricular Activities
· Students are encouraged to actively participate in school activities and competitions.
· Sportsmanship and teamwork should be maintained.

10. Parent Cooperation
· Parents are requested to support the school in maintaining discipline and regularity.

Failure to follow the above rules may result in disciplinary action as per school norms.
